Psychology in time and space
My curiosity and interest in people and psychology has led me to read several books and listen to many podcasts on the subject. I do this in the hopes of developing myself as a person and using this knowledge to help others. But I’ve been struggling to practically apply what I am learning and make time for reflection. I don’t think I am alone in this either; the number one complaint I hear from people I coach is that they do not have enough time.
However, I believe this is down to us to change; I believe that we don’t have time, we make time for the things that are important to us. This website is me making time to reflect on what I am learning, set personal goals, practice new skills, and report back. I hope that in doing so I will encourage others to do the same. If what you read inspires you to set yourself a challenge or do something differently, please share to help inspire others!
